About the Journal

The Journal of Energy Science and Technology (JEST) is the sole scientific journal published by Electric Power University. It serves as a platform for disseminating scientific information and research findings by scholars, supporting teaching, learning, and scientific research in the field of energy.

The Journal has been in operation since 2 July 2010. Under Publishing License No. 68/GP-BVHTTDL, issued by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on 3 July 2025, it is published quarterly (four issues per year). Each issue comprises approximately 120 pages and carries the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN: 1859-4557).

All manuscripts submitted to the Journal undergo a double-blind peer-review process and are handled in accordance with a professional publishing workflow to ensure the highest standards of scientific quality.

The Journal does not charge authors any submission, processing, or publication fees.
